John Lyttle

John Lyttle is originally from Northern Ireland but completed his undergraduate training in Glasgow, where he achieved a First Class Honours in Physiotherapy.  John also completed a postgraduate Masters of Physiotherapy whilst in the UK.

He has worked with a large variety of patients, and his previous roles have included working within the NHS in Northern Ireland, for a professional football team in Scotland as well as in private practice in the UK and New Zealand.

John is a keen sportsman and enjoys trail running, surfing and the little known sport of Gaelic Football. 

Professionally he has a keen interest in all aspects of musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and also has developed a specialist interest in the treatment of headaches.  He uses an array of hands on treatment and often makes use of acupuncture, joint mobilisations and soft tissue techniques.
