What is Massage?

Massage is a fabulous way to unwind and release tension from the body.  It can be used for tight muscles, to help relieve pain, to relax the muscles after a sporting event, or simply for relaxation. 

We offer the following types of massage:

  • Relaxation massage
  • Remedial massage
  • Sports massage
  • Pregnancy massage
