How We Treat

What is Nutrition & Supplement Advice?

Whether you are trying to train for an event, or build muscle mass, or lose weight or gain weight, our health professionals can advise you on diet and supplements that work.

We only use proven methods and supplements in our recommendations, and don't advocate fads or unsafe dieting methods.

Diet and nutrition can have a great impact on our health, and any imbalances can manifest themselves in uncomfortable symptoms. Our practitioners have had great success in treating conditions such as diagnosed prostate conditions, IBS, yeast infections, eczema, and acne amongst others.
