One to One Pilates

One-to-one pilates is a fantastic way for you to learn pilates.  It gives you individual attention with tailored exercises to help you achieve your personal aims. It can help with:

- posture related aches and pains
- improving muscle tone
- improving muscle 'length'
- losing weight
- increasing your mobility & flexibility
- developing your core muscles
- increasing the stability of your pelvis and upper body
 

It is excellent exercise program for all ages, young and old, as well as for ante-and post natal women.

One-to-one pilates offers the chance for you to receive individual attention at times that are convenient to you.  Our pilates instructors at The StoneHouse Clinic are Leanne, Claire & Amber.

Our pilates teachers will be able to help you achieve your aims, and are happy to see anyone from complete beginners to those of you who are more experienced with pilates.

They will be happy to see you for a few sessions to prepare you for a class if you are completely new to pilates, to help you with a specific problem, or once or twice a week as part of an ongoing exercise program.  They will generally start off with mat work, progressing onto using small items of equipment to help with specific exercises.

We would recommend booking an hour long initial appointment with one of our friendly instructors.
