How We Treat

Womens Health Physiotherapy

Claire is Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist, treats women suffering with various conditions including:

Pelvic health - Claire will provide an assessment and treatment of issues that involve the pelvic floor. If you are suffering with pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence or sexual dysfunction, a full assessment and program of treatment can really help your symptoms.

Pre-natal - Claire will provide specific treatments for pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and help prepare you for the birth.

Post-natal - a post natal check will assess your abdominal, pelvic floor and postural muscles to check how your body is performing after giving birth - whether this was 6 weeks or 6 years ago.  If you are suffering with any ongoing pain or discomfort after giving birth Claire will be able to give you advice and treatment.
