Physiotherapist Vacancy

We are looking for career-focussed Physiotherapists to join our team on a full-time basis (part-time may be considered).

We pride ourselves in giving a first class service to our patients, through excellent communication and treatment outcomes.  We are open to applications from Physiotherapists with any level of experience.

Remuneration:

We believe in rewarding our staff if they work hard and perform well, with generous salary packages and bonuses based on performance, together with Company pension, paid holiday and the benefits of employment.  We design bespoke development programs with support and training for your continued career progression.  Full-time posts will be required to work 2 evenings per week (either Tuesday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday) and 1 Saturday in every 4.  Part-time posts will be required to work at least 1 evening per week.

The level of salary and bonus awarded will be based upon performance and will be individually set according to your experience and development program.  The following levels are a guide to how you can progress your career with the Clinic together with illustrations of salary levels:

Chartered Physiotherapist - Assistant Level. Suitable for recent graduates, or for Physiotherapists with less than 2 years full-time experience in private practice who may be moving from another environment such as a hospital, the NHS or the military.  Starting salary in the region of £18-£23k per annum plus quarterly bonus scheme.  You will receive regular training, development and support to enable you to move towards becoming an autonomous practitioner. Expected earnings after 1 year £20-30k.

Chartered Physiotherapist - Development Level.  Suitable for Physiotherapists with less than 5 years full-time private practice experience.  Starting salary in the region of £22k-£26k plus quarterly bonus. You will receive regular training and observation to fine tune your private practice skills and enable you to move even further towards becoming an autonomous practitioner.  Expected earnings after 1 year £25k-35k.

Chartered Physiotherapist - Senior Level.  Suitable for Physiotherapists with over 5 years full-time private practice experience with a track record of high levels of customer satisfaction.  You should be confident with diagnosis, treatment plans and be experienced in a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities with a heavy emphasis on manual treatment.  Starting salary in the region of £25k-£30k per annum plus quarterly bonus.  Expected salary by end of year 1 £30k-£40k

Chartered Physiotherapist - Junior Partner Level.  You will have workedfull-time for The StoneHouse Clinic at a Senior Level for a minimum of 3 years and with the support of the clinic, have contributed to the development and expansion of the clinic.  As well as your own clinic time, you will be responsible for a small team of clinical staff, and for generating income sources to the clinic as a whole.  Salary expectation including bonuses £50k+ per annum
